    1. Trophies will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
    2. La Vergne Fall Festival Parade is on September 16, 2023 at 10:00am.
    3. Parade starts at Bicentennial Park by City Hall, turn left on Murfreesboro Road, turn left on Floyd Mayfield Drive, and conclude at Roy Waldron Elementary School.
    4. All entries are free.
    5. A waiver is required for each participant in your group.
    6. Prizes will be awarded immediately following parade.
    7. I understand that due to COVID-19, social distancing guidelines may be in place. If so, vendors will be asked to follow such guidelines. The City will update vendors of guidelines as changes are made.
28. Participant Agreement*

    We / I agree to abide by the regulations and restrictions set forth. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of La Vergne from any loss, claim, penalty, or lawsuit in any way arising from my involvement in the parade. A Waiver/release form must be signed for each members of your group participating in the parade.
