    Please make checks payable to City of La Vergne. We can also take credit / debit card payments over the phone at 615-793-3224. (A 2.95% convenience fee will be charged on all credit/debit cards by the processing company, with a $2.50 minimum.)

36. By acknowledging each selection below, I am stating that I have read the statements and agree to the terms. Please check:*

    1. All applications must include payment..
    2. La Vergne Fall Festival will be September 16, 2023, from 10am – 3:30pm.
    3. Participation is first come, first serve.
    4. Vendors can begin setting up at 7:00am and need to be in place no later than 10:00am.
    5. Vendors are required to remain on property until 3:30pm, unless approved by Parks director.
    6. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tents (with stakes), tables, and chairs.
    7. La Vergne Fall Festival Committee has the right to deny an application for any reason.
    8. Electricity and water will not be provided.
    9. Political booths may have up to 4 signs, including banners and yard signs. The signs may not extend more than 2 feet outside of your booth area.
    10. I understand that due to COVID-19, social distancing guidelines may be in place. If so, vendors will be asked to follow such guidelines. The City will update vendors of guidelines as changes are made.
38. Political Booths*

    No political solicitation can take place outside of your booth. This means no campaign gifts, no political literature, and no aggressive outreach may occur outside of your designated area by you, family members, or anyone working on or volunteering for your campaign. You may wear campaign t-shirts and hats outside of your area.

    I certify that I have read and fully understand all the policies, rules and regulations as set forth in the materials provided to me with this application by the La Vergne Fall Festival Committee. I further certify that I will not be giving away food or water. I also certify my booth will be manned for entire day of the festival. I understand that failure to abide by said rules will result in my being removed from the show. Additionally, I will not be invited to nor included in future shows by this committee. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the City of La Vergne from any loss, claim, penalty, or lawsuit in any way arising from my involvement in the festival.
