Alarm Permit Applications

There is a $10 one time payment for all applications. This can be paid via check, money order, or cash. Please bring completed form and payment to the La Vergne Police Department at 5093 Murfreesboro Road where you will receive your packet and sticker.

 Records Department office hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday-Friday.

 *Please note this process applies to any updates or changes to an existing Alarm Permit.  Updates and changes are at no cost.

Police Records Requests

The Police records Request form must be filled out completely including a valid, reachable phone number for any future contact needed. The form can be mailed or emailed to the Records Department. Please include a copy of your Photo ID along with the form.
