There are plenty of everyday precautions that you can take to decrease the likelihood of you contracting the Coronavirus.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
- Use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
- Stay away from people who are sick and stay home if you’re not feeling well.
- Keep at least six feet of space between yourself and others.
- Avoid handshaking with people.
- Avoid toughing high-touch surfaces in public places such as elevator buttons, hand rails, and counter tops.
- Avoid touching your face, nose, eyes and mouth.
- Clean and disinfect your home and office.
- Avoid crowds.
- Avoid all non-essential travel.
