City Court
The City Court handles the disposition of all traffic citations issued by the City of La Vergne Police Department. City Court is held in the Board Room at City Hall, located at 5093 Murfreesboro Road. City Court is held on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Wednesday of each month.
In November and December, court is on the 1st and 2nd Wednesday only. Court begins at 3 p.m.
Acceptable payments in the office are check, cash, and money order. Also accepted are Debit Card payments, however there is a service charge of $2.50. Additionally Credit Card payments are taken in the office with a minimal service fee of $4 and above.
Check or money order payments (please no cash) may be placed in the drop box located to the left of the back door at City Hall. Please be sure to include your name, address, and if applicable case or ticket number with any payments so that they can be applied to the appropriate account. Payments made via the drop box will be processed the following working business day.

TDOS-Approved Defensive Driving Schools
